Normally, we serve appetizers OR grilled chicken green/Caesar salad instead of a meal, and no dinner selection is necessary. The meeting notice will state if the event is a dinner occasion. Please indicate whether you wish appetizers or salad.
If the event is a dinner occasion, the Menu selection(s) are Fig-Glazed Pork, Chicken Marsala, Herb-Roasted Chicken, Pecan-Encrusted Catfish, Seafood Salad—All served with crab and corn bisque and crème brulee. Please indicate your meal preference.
Please cancel by noon the day before the event. No shows do require payment.
