- Treasurer’s report
- Contacting members for the financial review committee of three to review our 2021 financials.
- Spending threshold
- Vote by Executive Committee (all officers) on spending more than $100
- Change in Bylaws to clarify types and frequency of meetings, reporting financial information, change in governance structure – voting by the executive board once we achieve 20? members, add policies and procedures to clarify when a member or officer may be voted out, etc. Any other changes?
- These will be sent out at least 14 days before our meeting in September for your review.
- The date for our September meeting is September 10 at 10 am. The location will be announced.
- The present plan is to have monthly speaker meetings, quarterly club socials, and transition to quarterly executive committee meetings until such time as monthly executive committee meetings are warranted.
- Any significant changes such as elections and bylaws changes, etc. will always be voted upon by the entire club.

- Please let me know if you wish to be a poll commissioner or a poll watcher. I presently working with the Louisiana Secretary of State’s office to put together training for us.
- Name badges – New ones are $12.60. They will not make it until we order at least five. Engraved on white background with our logo in color.
- Cross Pins for host identification – Reclass to door prizes
- We will meet again in September, November for our annual meeting, and have a club social/business meeting in December–no speaker.
