  • Normally, we serve appetizers OR grilled chicken green/Caesar salad instead of a meal, and no dinner selection is necessary.  The meeting notice will state if the event is a dinner occasion. Please indicate whether you wish appetizers or salad.  
  • If the event is a dinner occasion, the Menu selection(s) are Fig-Glazed Pork, Chicken Marsala, Herb-Roasted Chicken, Pecan-Encrusted Catfish, Seafood Salad—All served with crab and corn bisque and crème brulee. Please indicate your meal preference.
  • Please cancel by noon the day before the event.  No shows do require payment.
