    • Fried Chicken with either veggies or mashed potatoes
    • Eggplant & Seafood Casserole with either veggies or mashed potatoes
    • Hamburger Steak with either veggies, mashed potatoes, or fries
    • Pork Medallions – Two grilled medallions wrapped in bacon and topped with orange cane syrup with either veggies, mashed potatoes, or fries.  Please indicate if you would like your medallions medium rare, done, or well done when ordering.  
• Please cancel by noon on the Monday before the event.  No shows do require payment.
