Jefferson Parish Council At-Large, Division A. Jennifer Van Vrancken is an attorney and former television journalist. She works hard to bring innovation, efficiency, and common sense to government.
Scott Walker, Jefferson Parish Council At Large. As an at-large councilman, Scott represents the entire parish. His priorities are making government transparent and accessible to all citizens, ensuring public safety, growing our economy, and building a better Jefferson Parish for our children and grandchildren.
Dr. Sammy Wyatt is a candidate for US Senate. He is a lifelong Louisianan and dedicated public servant whose life has been defined by a steadfast commitment to protecting and serving his community, state, and nation. A Navy veteran and former law enforcement officer with more than two decades of experience, Sammy earned his MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana and his Ph.D in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University. Chief Compliance Officer and Investigation Officer for LSU Health-Shreveport, where he is responsible for identifying and reducing waste, fraud, and abuse.
